Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Stay:
  3 nights: High Mid & Low Seasons
  7 nights: Premium & Peak Seasons
• Daily Rate: Weekly rate divided by 6
• The villa is well equipped and include lien and towels (except beach towels).
• Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in cots) unless previously arranged. Charges apply as follows: Extra bed €145 per week.
• Food packs, cots and high chairs can be arranged. Please contact us to request prices.
• Arrival days are normally Saturdays and Thursdays during Premium, Peak and High Seasons. Sunday check ins are sometimes possible but are subject to a surcharge.
• Check in time is after 4pm and check out is before 10am.
• Maid service daily except weekends and public holidays. The service lasts one and a half hours. Daily maid service does not include cleaning of barbeques or washing up. Extra maid service can be arranged.
• Linen and towels changed twice a week during Premium, Peak and High periods and once a week during Mid and Low periods.
• No pets are allowed inside the property.
• A refundable deposit of €360 is taken against damages.
• We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.
